Explore period rooms from a 17th century hall to the working Victorian kitchen, finding out how life and work has changed in this historic townhouse. Displays include audio descriptions and children's activities. Wander through a beautiful and peaceful walled garden. Our gift shop and tearoom complete any visit. From the 5 to 19 April, Monday to Saturday, 'Buster Bunny's Big Easter Activities' will offer a range of self-directed craft activities as part of your visit. The museum's Open Learning Centre (supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund) includes a multi-purpose learning and community space in addition to our tearoom where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink, including a choice of coffees, and a selection of delicious cakes, a cream tea and light savoury snacks. The museum is open from the 1 April to 11 November, Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4.30pm.
